Overview
A Southern retailer with multiple store locations and an online store, needing a website that reflected its genuine Southern charm.
The Challenge
The website needed to be completely responsive and feature new content that reflected their Southern charm, while the online store was slow and hard to shop.
The Solution
We overhauled the online store and cut page load time so customers could find and order their favorites for delivery. The team added a Google Maps store locator with individual store info and a custom recipe module integrated with the WordPress blog, reducing bounce rates and improving conversions.
